INTEGRATED DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM

1. Urine Testing
• Indican to assess level of bowel dysbiosis
• Ionic Heavy Metals –test general levels of heavy metals present
2. Begin on low reactive/detox diet
3. INITIALISATION PHASE (3 days)
• Daily for 3 days – Colozone Magnesium Oxide is a powerful purgative that gently cleanses the bowel.
• Take 1-2 tspns of Colozone powder in 200mls water, last thing at night before bed. Stir thoroughly and drink. When the glass is empty, squeeze ½ lemon into the same glass and add water, stir and drink; or take 1000mg of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Expect 2-3 very watery bowel motions the next morning.
4. WEED PHASE (weeks 1-2)

a.		Intestaclear	1 capsule 3 times daily with food.
		Or Parex	"       "       "       "       "
b.		Acidophilus fibre	1 serve (dessertspoon) in water or juice before breakfast and 1 serve in evening.
c.		Drainage drops	4 drops under the tongue 3-4 times daily.
d.		Retest Urinary Indican after week 2 to assess progress (optional)

5. SEED PHASE (weeks 3-4)
1. Inner Health Plus or Ultra Flora Restore 1 capsule 3 times daily
2. Acidophilus Fibre 1 serve in water or juice once daily. Continue for 1-2 weeks.
3. Drainage drops until finished
6. FEED PHASE (weeks 5-6)
1. P2 Detox Powder. Take 4 grams (1 level metric tspn) in 50-100 ml water or juice, 1-2 times daily.
2. Liver/Detox drops 5 drops 3 times daily
7. Repeat Indican test at week 7
8. Systemic Antimicrobials/Immune Stimulation. Take either:
1. Lugol’s iodine 6-8 drops (12-16 drops of the current USP formulation) up to 4 times daily. Begin on 1 drop and build up gradually. Take in tea, water or juice.
2. MMS.
9. Ionic Heavy Metal Chelation if neccesary. May be done before or after #8.
